Brian Dimm, President

Brian is a Mechanical Engineering graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and has been selling industrial automation products & systems in the Mid-Atlantic market since 2011.  Prior to joining our sales force Brian spent 5 years designing cooling water and control systems for Generation III+ nuclear reactors with AECOM (formerly URS).

Peter Zaremba, Sales Manager

Pete has worked in industrial automation as a manufacturer’s representative in New Jersey, Metro NYC and Long Island since 1998. He currently resides in Boston three weeks of each month. Pete works closely with ECA’s channel partners and is engaged in developing new markets for our manufacturers.  He has an undergraduate degree in marketing and a master’s in applied psychology.

Nick Flayhart, Territory Manager

As a Baltimore, Maryland native, Nick began his electrical career in the trades where he gravitated toward electrical controls and automation.  He moved into the electrical distribution world as a Control Specialist and developed his interests in the application of variable speed drives, drive systems and motor control.  Nick has been in the electrical industry for 30+ years with 20+ years in electrical distribution.  As a founding partner of a highly successful automation and control distributor, he uniquely understands and values the relationship component of customer centric support.  Nick and his family call Harford County, Maryland home.

Steve Howe, Territory Manager

Steve started his career in the metalworking industry.  After rising through purchasing and production control to general management Steve decided to change his career direction. In 1995 Steve started in sales at a local process control panel shop, rising to the position of sales manager. In 2005 Steve opened his own rep firm, SRH Industrial Sales, representing innovative brands that he introduced to customers throughout New England. Steve has been in automation sales throughout New England since 1985. On January 1st 2021 Steve brought his extensive experience and relationships and joined with ECA Sales.

Brian Floyd, Territory Manager

Brian has been involved in the industrial and factory automation industry for 20+ years.  Brian first worked as an electrician for a packaging machine OEM, then as an application engineer for several premier sensor manufacturers and in 2005 became a Territory Manager in the mid-Atlantic region.  Brian’s experience is with distribution and direct OEM sales channels.   He has a degree in business from Marist College and an electrical certificate from New England Technical Institute.

Linda Kellogg, Territory Manager

Linda is a native of Pittsburgh and has been working as a manufacturer’s representative since 2000.  She supports customers in the industrial automation industry, covering Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia.  Linda’s number one priority is to provide exceptional customer service and timely responses to customer inquiries.  She is proud to be a part of our excellent team, who focuses on offering optimal and cost-effective solutions for the customer’s application.

Galen Bakos, Territory Manager

Galen was born and raised in Pittsburgh, leaving only to get his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State. He has been selling and marketing factory automation products for the past 5 years. Galen is an avid cyclist, and a volunteer mentor to college students at a local university. His passion for Penn State football is matched only by his enthusiasm for bringing cost effective solutions to customers across Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia!

Tim Sanfratello, Territory Manager

Tim has done sales, product management and technical support in manufacturing, utility and railroad industries.  He's worked with control panel builders and system integrators in industrial automation over the last 10 years.  He has an undergraduate degree in Business Management and MBA in Marketing from Centenary University.

Sean Mitchell, Territory Manager

Sean is a native of Maine and received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine.  He has spent his entire career supporting the sales and application of industrial automation products and systems within New England and beyond.  Sean enjoys helping customers solve their design challenges and appreciates being involved with new technologies as they emerge.  He is currently based in New Hampshire and takes advantage of all the New England seasons by skiing, cycling and golfing.

Rich Parente, Territory Manager

Rich started his career in manufacturing/ product development for various consumer products and medical device manufacturers. He eventually gravitated towards industrial automation sales and has been in the industry for the past 20 years. He has a degree in Industrial Engineering  from Western New England University and supports customers in Connecticut and RI. Rich enjoys kayaking on the Connecticut shoreline on the weekends.

 
 

Ellen Myer

Ellen Myer received her BA in Anthropology from Davidson College and first dipped her toes into business administration while studying as a working professional at The Wharton School in Philadelphia. Prior to joining ECA, she spent 15 years in the music industry, specializing in concert production and talent relations – And she would love to talk to you about your favorite bands! As an experienced administrator, Ellen takes great joy in keeping teams organized. She handles scheduling, customer communications, inside sales, and services our manufacturers.

Linda Webb has extensive experience in the service industry, and brings with her a professional approach to customer service. She handles incoming calls, customer service, as well as running inside sales, services customers and our manufacturer’s, and coordinates all scheduling, training and marketing activities. We love Linda, you will too!
